Thanks to Parking Wars, when I park in Philly I just go to a lot and pay $10 for all day then the dang parking tickets and if I drive any place else I make sure I read and know their handicap plates rule. Nj and VA allow handicap plate/ placard 4 hours free at any meters
Unethical life hack: keep the violation envelope and put it in your windshield wiper so you don't pay for the meter
We don’t have a lot of meters in suburban California but we do have a small parking spots where if you open your door you scratch the other persons car and a lot of times people take off without reporting things so just don’t have a nice car here
