    People's perception of TIME is way off. "I just stopped to run in for a second." Um, I marked the tires an hour ago and it has not moved. "I just stopped here to run around the corner." Um, the gas station says you bought coffee here at 7:30am and came back at 4:30pm.

    The man in the end is right, it's not right giving home owners tickets in front if their homes for garbage that others can cause. It happens to my uncle a lot where he's not even home , away on vacation coming back to garbage tickets of people tossing trash or wind blowing trash to his home. With all the technology home owners can't receive an email warning of the trash? This way you have a grace period of removing the trash or explain you are away. Crazy easy money system smh

    I see two tickets to the van and Mr Ponytail, the van for an iilleagal unturn, and the Mr Ponytail for parking in the middle of the street.. All of them double park, if we can't do it they shouldn't be able to either

    Sorry but girl that kept apologizing for tickets in the end wasn’t even checking to see if someone was in the car. That screams rookie. Most PEO’s that have been there are nice enough to say something to someone in the car if they’re in there. She handed out two tickets with people in their cars and just says sorry. Screamed rookie to me.
