The city council of Perth is literally the same as the corruption With Mayor Guillini.
Incidentally all the Perth City councilers and the Mayor were sacked about a year ago for basically scamming the people of Western Australia. (She stole, and took bribes for the contract to tow cars in the CBD. That's why it's so much. That towing company is/was bribing

What a scam this is! They shouldn't be charging for parking in the first place! They charge citizens to park on a public street…then they make all this money on tickets & boot your car? Man I'm glad I live out west.
