1. That is so sad. It is a vicious cycle. They are born into a family that is torn apart by criminal activities, violence, parents in jail.or MIA, both parents work and are never hope to provide guidance, or it's a 1 parent household with the same thing..no supervision..more programs for inner city kids and low income areas with free trade programs for at risk youth would do wonders to stop the cycle or at least slow it down.
