17. I didn’t realize I had already seen this video until the four year old almost drowning. Then the paramedics / fire department brought her the life vest / arm wings… I got tears again. I’ve lived in the desert my entire life and at least one child dies every Summer from drowning.

Even if they are conscious after going under water, call EMS because like they said, you never know if they inhaled the water and that could kill them. It's called dry drowning.
