That’s heart shattering ðŸ’â€Â
That’s Paterson NJ?
That's a good one, "I'm only here because I'm making a documentary."
This girls a goof. Plain and simple
Poor guy. Normally I’m harsh on junkies and think narcan just extends the agony. But not here. You can hear in his voice his anguish and shame. I hope he gets the help he desperately needs.
Name of the documentary?
when cops and paramedics rushing to save your life, this should be the THAT wake up call that turns your life around.
You herd when God called his name? That’s scary!
The medic’s face when the dude vomited 😂
Looks and a heart, x
So Awesome how they rescue people no matter what the situation may be God bless you for saving people's lives….
The only thing stopping me from being a paramedic isn't the blood, isn't the broken bones, isn't even the danger. It's all the vomit. Why everybody always puking ugh 🤢🤢🤢
what a great EMT…great job.
Maybe back up the next time someone vomits. Good job saving his life.
bad batch he injected 5 bags of heroin i dont tjnk it was a bad batch j think its more the facrmt he injected 5 bags in 1 go..
Narcan is a miracle drug. Thank God access to it has opened up in most states so that anyone can get their hands on it.
God bless the men and women of Live Rescue, I would give anything if I wasn't a drug addict.
It's so sad that this is legal in most states
Why even try for people like that? So they can just keep doing it. The world is overpopulated anyway
Dayum! Capt Carlos is freakin fine! He saves lives, he's gorgeous wtf! I am born and raised here in NJ but my town definitely doesn't have any officer that ðŸâ€ÂÂ¥ geesus! 😇ðŸ™ÂÂ💪💜ðŸ¤ A mom somewhere is super proud she raised him to be an amazing human being. 😉🌞
Hopefully he has to pay for his own ambulance fees and hospital bills, taxpayers should not have to pay a dime. It was his choice to do drugs.
Until he does it again
I hope he didn't puke on that cop's shoes. ðŸ˜ÂÂ
Keep those customers ALIVE !
He shot 2 bags of weed? Umm 👀

That guy was very calm and collected, and this is exactly what he should've done. Props to the EMTs and firemen.
Sweet cop!
We need more cops like HIM
Controversial take but as the son of an addict… dont bring them back itll happen 2 hours later
My mans made sure he wasn't copping a case before he went in for that hug💀🤣
Paramedic said 7th overdose of the day. My God. I understand there is debate about them "self inflicting" their situation and their addictions , but putting blame aside momentarily and putting outfront human nature & compassion this is an epidemic. Wondering how it also must take it's toll on medical workers
God love that officer.
wen the girl says "he just shot 2 bags of heroin" the subtitles say "he just shot to bags of marijuana", lol wtf …
Oooh Mr. Pagan besides being a kind first responder….so handsome and polite 💕
The sad thing is that narcan is free for all these people that keep doing drugs. But even the smallest tooth ache be costing you 500$
"Omg. Enrique you o'ded!"
Its not a bad batch – its just one thats way too good.
The negative comments. My god. Drugs like heroin take a hold of you without even knowing it. He seems like a good guy who has fell into a dark pit. Quit bashing.
True heros here 🙂
the state's good semaritan act may let the guy not be charged with possession as long as the amount of drugs PD finds on him isnt substantial.
Whoever discovered and manufactures Narcan is getting rich.
She definitely bought him those bags so she could have content for the documentary.
That’s genuinely a good cop
Bad Batch?? Give me a break. None of it is good!! Stupid Druggy
Great job officer!! God bless all the first responders!!
This guy looks like the definition of "playa."
His photo is in the dictionary next to that word.
Bunch of dummies. Its not a bad batch its Fentanyl
Guy seen his shot and took it😂
