I work for the Canadian Mental Health Association, and when I see videos like this its sad. There are obviously underlying mental health and/or addictions and/or ABI issues that need to be addressed in the appropriate manner.

See look at that! The dude was literally aggressively approaching that cop with a metal pipe and he didn’t shoot him. He was an actual threat and they didn’t even use a taser.
