So many people here think he should've gotten a warning, and let go. This guy was on parole for who knows what, then broke a law, while drunk, on parole. Then wouldn't sign the ticket that he could've fought at a later date with there being no mention of alcohol. This dummy earned every bit of this violation.
This is why people hate the cops. It’s not a big deal that he peed there. They ruined his life!
