3. I don’t understand why he didn’t believe that he was confused. This man literally just had a major car accident, he probably has a concussion or worse, and you’re arresting him for fleeing? I mean granted he did walk away, but it was probably to get out of traffic, and again, he even said he wasn’t even aware of what was happening.

I just can't get over someone injuring another on the road and not staying at the crash site even if it's to 'Stand By' the injured to offer some reassurance. MAN UP PUNK ! Yah it's the law but more importantly it's IMMORAL to leave a person alone, in the dark, laying in the street, dying. †

48. Worked with law enforcement for five years as a cadet and I don't even like this guy. Sounds like he's got a big chip on his shoulder for no reason. Have some empathy dude, also use common sense. Everytime I see this guy I cringe souly based on how he treats people. It's a real shame /:
