  3. It reminds me of end of watch when the cop gets into a fight with the black guy inside the house and he says that if he wins the fight, he won't arrest him but if he does, he's going to jail. The cop won. Great movie..

  6. I bet he was laughing like a little kid play running from his dad when he was running and that’s why he fell and got caught

  7. The police know that 80% of the people they take into custody are out the next morning, so why go through all of the trouble? They played the game, and the dude walked away with a citation. No harm, no foul.
