so a plain clothes sees him walking down the street most likely crossing it , he was walking on the sidewalk minding his own business, no phone complaints about him but still gets stopped and the go over. I know I know he had needles but again I say what the reason he needed to be stop was. This cop frisked this guy over nothing. He was just walking down the street minding his own business. There was no real reason to make contact with this guy and do all that. Seems like we don't have any freedoms anymore.
