  3. That cop is awesome, wish more police officers were like him! He was genuinely concerned about him, and he treated him with compassion and respect. Its awesome how he didn't charge him with anything or tow his car. Feels good that there are officers that actually care about the citizens and not just caring about throwing people in jail. That's a good officer!
