We need more cops like that first one …….I’m a recovering heroin addict and I live in Chicago and went to the west side when I was 18 hadn’t even graduated high school yet cuz it was in May…….he busted me with one 20 dollar bag of heroin and he took my in and charged me with a felony……this guy had a bunch of norcos and since he wrote a ticket for it I’m guessing they weren’t his script and he got them illegally and didn’t even charge him with the heroin and offered to help get him into rehab….that cop that wanted to ruin my life over a 20 dollar bag of dope when I obviously needed rehab not jail
