  1. Ožiui pančius dėjo ir į čypę veža

  2. That guy looks like an artist. He looks like he should be living in a loft somewhere doing weird oil paintings and sculptures

  3. He seemed genuine when he was speaking. It doesn't seem that he has too many people that truly care for him and his well being like the officers do. So sad. Hope he's doing well ❤

  4. Used to hang out with some kids and smoke mother nature. Once they started doing bumps of K and ecstasy I stopped. When they snorted K they'd sit on the floor against a wall and would become bobble heads. You could not talk to them. I don't believe this dude was on K.

  5. hands officer my phone
    she talks
    Her: “ok I see you”
sets my phone on the ground outside
Me: “don’t worry I’ll get it I guess”

  6. So, after bodysearching him for weapons….
why does he still have the handcuffs on while walking to the ambulance?
This doesn't happen in other countries…

  7. He just wanted to be on live pd cause He was talking all sober and everything he probably just took some vitamins and said it was ketamine like this is ketamine I want to be on live PD but I’m not gonna tell you that

  8. Yeah he’s definitely not taking what they say cause he’s just walking yea

  9. He’s not going to fight on Ketamine if that’s what he actually took that’s going to relax him he’s going to be like sleeping somewhere or like crawling on the ground like a little baby because yeah can I mean you’re you’re not gonna be fighting anybody that’s for sure it’s a tranquilizer

  10. No I time I have ever had ketamine was when the hospital administered it to me after I dislocated his shoulder after being hit by a car

  11. 0:40 “we don’t want them walking around OUR town… I mean, without medical attention, that is.”

That statement says a lot about how police view drug addicts. They see them as a problem/nuisance in the community rather than human beings that need help. Just because you have a drug problem doesn’t automatically make you a criminal. I’m glad some places in the United States are finally starting to realize this and are treating it has a public health issue instead of criminal issue, as it should be.

  12. LEAVE HIM ALONE!!! If he wants to commit suicide leave him tf alone. Do you understand the point you have to be to decide that being dead is better than being alive? 😑
