If a user gets caught with drugs on their person, no matter if it's meth, coke heroin or weed, they should not be arrested, especially in a small quantity. Police should only arrest when there is a certain quantity on the person in a large sum that then can be charged for possible intent to distribute. So many petty drug addicts are locked up for this stupid reason amd it's not gonna change anything or take drugs off the street. They are only gonna get out amd use more amd cannot even afford their fines. All cops are doing is arresting these addicts amd making them go through withdrawals ana making matters worse, but the Police don't care because they don't understand it.
