19. I understand he may not have had a "useable" and they want to give him a good interaction, but he literally just admitted he had smoked weed in his car. WHY would you allow him to get in his car and drive away? They aided him in driving under the influence. I normally support the police, but this makes me mad.

23. Everyone is criticizing the cops for letting him go and drive away. Watch the video again and take notice.
    That guy doesn’t seem very high to me at all. He’s not struggling to appear coherent, he apologized to that lady, and he seems fully aware of what’s going on. He was even aware that the cops were looking for him.
    I’m sure the cops assessed whether or not he was impaired to be driving. Your tolerance increases over time as well, so he may have only had a little buzz from what he smoked.
    How about pulling someone over for a dim license plate light? I think there are more important problems for cops to worry about.
