200 yards from any dwelling is a legal shooting range with a back stop. People along threw my property without permission will be asked to be and any motion to harm me or intrude further towards my dwelling will be shot!!!

If the person was trespassing, they could be viewed as a threat. They shot in the air to scare them off, same as what one would do for a troublesome fox. I'm glad no charges were filed.
