    STEP 2 – Do not admit to drinking.
    STEP 3 – Do not submit to any field sobriety tests.
    STEP 4 – Do not submit to taking a chemical test breath, blood, or urine.
    STEP 5 – Do not make any statement after being arrested, especially when placed in the police cruiser.
    Step 6? L A W Y E R. even the cheapest lawyer get you off easy with all that.

31. Love law enforcement but you know you have to witness them driving to arrest for DUI. At that point you arrive you can get him for drunk in public and destruction of private property!!

42. This guy is dumb. So many chances to get off of a dui. First he could of just left before they showed; second they didn’t see him drive. Most jurisdictions, the arrest wouldn’t hold because cops have to see you behind wheel with keys in a place that you can reach. He literally didn’t have to do a sobriety test. A good lawyer would get this tossed.
