  1. We need more people like you in the world😢❣

  2. I live in philly and opiates are still a huge problem. It’s crazy to think that I live 2 blocks away from here.

  3. It’s even worse in Kensington now, I’m live about 20 mins outside the city and anytime I have to pass though that way, it’s just devastating.

  4. By the grace of God, Suboxone and my family I’m sober 6 years today. I’m so thankful for where I’m at, looking back it’s scary to think that was and still could be me.

  5. My cousin died about a year ago in Kensington. Doesn’t matter how old or young you are, heroin will take you.

  6. I’m from Philadelphia.. Kensington is by far the worst in the city… … the major of the city does nothing about the problem…. it’s ridiculous… cops down there are Dirty…. paid off to leave certain blocks alone… … in my eyes it’s the worst in the United States!!! And nothing is being done about it!!!

  7. We need like a thousand of this woman 😭 she didn’t owe that man anything but she saved his life anyway.

  8. God bless you🙏❤❤❤
