  1. Interventions do not work. Sure they’ll go to treatment but 80% of the time they leave early. They have to want treatment and this coerces them into doing it other than them wanting to do it. That dude was gone. And I’ll tell ya, no matter how bad things were, if that councillor guy told my kids to “take a hike” I would’ve smashed his face in. You do not disrespect my kids by talking to them like that. I’m all for tough love, but that is ridiculous.

  2. What I hate most about this show is that the s*** parents try to make it seem like it's their kids fault they didn't raise them right. If you're a s*** parent who doesn't take care of your kids they're probably going to start doing drugs it's just facts

  3. As if he walked out of this room and just said “so, money and place to live now? WHAT DO YOU MEAN NO DO YOU EVEN CARE ABOUT ME”

  4. its inspiring to see someone stick to their guns the way matthew does here. i think people making choices and riding them out to fruition is something thats desperately needed in society today. regardless of how you affect “loved ones”, do your thing.

  5. I'm sorry but it looks like the son that she carried, gave life to, nurtured, raised, & loves is no longer the same person @ all that she's now mourning & crying over. I hate to say this, but it really seems like that Matthew appears to be gone for good @ this point. May God please keep them & protect them & restore Matthew's soul. Smh……
