32. The L.P officer has to show up in court like 3 times, sometimes if you live in a big city the cops that pick you up for court wont even show up! After 3 court cases with no L.P they throw the case out.

35. As a veteran NLPM – National Loss Prevention Manager the clip does not show him identify himself to the woman. She admitted she stole something & could have been escorted to the office as other staff identified the store employee to the onlookers.

    I recall 1 arrest on a drug user that took on 2 men as we had an audience of shoppers. 2 of us arrested her as 4 police offers later struggled to handcuff her as she spat at them & tried to bite them. Drug users when cornered are just like wild animals.

    1 arrest of a known Heroin user resulted in her attacking 2 male security staff with 4 passing police officers arresting her in handcuffs. In the middle of this a few customers began to jeer & boo at the security staff until another old lady told them to "all shut up & mind their own business". I had no customer complaints but a number of calls from customers thanking the store LP team. People who side with the offenders they are costing you for your shopping as losses are added into prices.

42. Let's be real, the crime was dropped because a black man was holding her. This country is a joke!

43. I'm guessing the charges were dropped because she hadn't left the store and therefore the items in her purse were still considered on the premises. The loss prevention officer should have waited until she walked out of the store and then apprehended her.

44. The charges where dropped? Ridiculous! She hasn't learned a thing by doing that. Guaranteed, she'll be doing it again.

45. Why were the charges dropped? Because he went through all this effort to restrain this woman over whatever items she had in her purse. How much could those items possibly have cost? And we’re going to argue that the loss of profit from the items she took were really going to be of detriment to Rite Aid? No ones saying it’s right to steal, but this was such an excessive effort on their part for next to worthless items. Ridiculous that this woman was treated like that over two small items.
