I personally would take a Thai approach and take the noodles, mix in peanut butter, some soy sauce and then mix in the broccoli and onions and you'd have an awesome meal!

Y'all are lucky you got microwaves. I'm in CT all we get is hot water pots, so all you can do is add the perfect amount of water to ur ramen a d bowl and cook it with the lid, there's no microwaves in any county.jails there might be some in level 1 prisons but that would be it
