8. @AfterPrisonShow the side dish looked like squash casserole which is very delicious, but with the potato salad and mustard based bbq chicken 🍗 the dish needed some greens! Maybe collards or turnip greens!
   Paint night is still popular in Upstate SC. They have studios just for paint nights and art lessons. I have been a subscriber of yours for a few years and always enjoy your content!
   I had family from NewPort News, and we were so sad that the place went downhill. ❤️

You weigh the same You look the same First 10 pounds of water weight I just lost 45 lb And the funny thing is I did it just the way we did it in prison I had five softball handful size amounts of food approximately 5 400 calories servings per meal that alone dropped my weight And like one year year and a half

22. The biggest problem I had was: What I considered disrespect wasn't considered disrespectful by people in the free world. Like that lady in the grocery store. She probably meant no harm and wasn't disrespecting you at all. At least, in her mind. I had to really tone that down and be more patient and understanding that they hadn't just spent the last decade locked up. It took some work on my part.
