7. The woman in the window looks like his mum. The more narrow features make me think it's her. Maybe his Dad thought so, as well. That's why he noticed it immediately.

    When first glancing at spirit woman, she could be mistaken for a young lady because of that big, welcoming smile…is this not the same expression—albeit not the exact angle—almost!?

    Idk—prolly just the lighting but kinda looks as if there are two figures n the window — however w the 2nd spirit, only the chest and shoulders are visible in a sort of suit jacket, but the head/face is missing

17. What’s interesting to me is tony said he heard a “bing bing bing” on the piano. I grew up playing piano and had a baby grand and an upright but anytime someone would see the grand they’d hit one note just to try it, I believe myrtie was showing Mary what tony had done with the house and that they both want him to stay, like come on let me show you how much I appreciate your son!

36. My theory about this is that over time the ghost of Merty became a vague entity with maybe some imprints of her previous life within. But overtime Tony's presents in the house with his love for the house and the memories of his mother Mary left some kind of Psychological imprint within the entity and thats why sometimes it would react in a way as if it were Tony's mother. Tony may have thought it was his mother but wasn't ready to face the possibility. Just a thought. Would make a great movie.

39. Its more cute than scary. the mom just wants to stay with her baby, and the house owner loves the house.

    The spirit has a way to move a certain way and able to show it's self, very interesting though.
