  1. 9 months and she couldn’t escape once I find that difficult to believe. She enjoyed the time with him .

  2. I guess people who ask that question don’t realize 3 miles and 3 miles up or down a mountain side is very different. It’s not like a 3 mile run in a straight line and a turn here and there it’s crazy uneven terrain endless ways to step in the wrong rock gathering and sprain your ankle, I mean come on. I would never think to ask such a question. She survived so clearly not running worked for her!

  3. its not the fact that people expected you to escape in the hills, the expected you to reveal yourself when you were either at the restaurant and being questioned by an officer, or when you were at the library and questioned by an officer, or when you were at the house party and didn't take your veil off, etc. Elizabeth smart has a mental deficiency. Something is wrong with the way she thinks. Any logical person would've saved themselves.

She was scared that a homeless bum said he was going to kill her family? That threat is worth keeping quiet when you literally have police in front of you wanting to see your identity.

  4. When she was in town with the kidnappers…in a restaurant..a detective came asking..she should tell the truth..i am sorry to say she is too afraid even she is in a safe place..she should be more brave instead.

  5. It had to have been a terrible hike. Brian David Mitchell wasn't stupid. He obviously  chose that area because of it's seclusion.      Thousands of searchers, dogs and helicopters went around them, above them but never through to that camp. Even police must have thought no child or kidnapper would hike that way :(     What has always saddened me the most is that it took them hours to get there and if police had started searching right away maybe someone would have found them before Brian got Elizabeth that far.
