13. There is some skill-set to bidding jobs! Not everyone can do it. It really comes down to experience and the more jobs you bid the better you get. I personally between the labor, fuel, and supplies would bid the job around 4K. Labor alone which would entail 4 guys at 5 days $1,600. Fuel would be $200. Supplies would be $150. Dump at 9 trips $720. Misc is around $200. That's $2,870 without profit. With a 25% markup of another $720. Bringing your grand total to $3,590. Not knowing anything or being a great bidder….Rabbit is closer to the real number! There is no profit to be made at $2,500! And like most of your jobs, way too much work and way too little profit. Your better off not doing the job if your not going to make a decent amount of money. Looks like they are selling the property, looks like they are desperate and will pay whatever it takes to get it sold!

14. My husband owns a landscaping company )(20 years) and this is easily a $5500-6500 job depending on if they want new mulch, flowers..
