  1. I need the expose the corrupt mental health industry. It ties in with Utah state legislature and how they bill Medicaid for people’s involvement with a shelter from the storm program. It also has to do with the increasing number of schizophrenia cases when the person doesn’t exhibit signs of that disorder. It’s fraudulent what’s happening to you.

  2. It just goes to show you that no one in her family showed up to the trial for that baby so I cam see why shes like she is! Plus that new law should be only for accident not for being a slob and using drugs and passing out while your kid roasts in the car!

  3. I wish all the addictive drugs were laced with birth control. When on drugs you cannot act responsibly.

  4. This woman got off super easy and the original sentence should have remained intact as well as her illegal Drug offenses. Served three(3) years and what gross injustice for the innocent child who suffered so much by being boiled alive in a overheated vehicle left to died.

  5. I feel like if this was a father and/or black, they would’ve thrown the book at them and never looked back.

  6. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

  7. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  8. Wow… That certainly sounds fair to the little baby 🤬🤬🤬

  9. Talk about a grave injustice. THREE years Mollie was jailed for letting her son die in a hot car while she was drugged out?! THREE?! She should have gotten the whole 35 years (or life, TBH), the Kentucky Supreme Court screwed that deceased boy out of justice.

  10. Three years for killing a child in such a horrible way? Just as well she didn't steal any money or she would have been in for 10. Disgusting.

  11. Man hits wife – 3-5 in the can because the woman is the victim

Woman kills child – 3 years because the woman is the victim

  12. It was the drugs. It’s tragic either way, but there’s a BIG difference between purposely killing a child and being incredibly irresponsible and negligent while struggling with substance misuse. no excuse for it, but context matters. If someone purposely kills a child, that person is evil. But this obviously wasn’t on purpose. criminally negligent, but not murderous

  13. Three years for allowing your child to die is NOT a real punishment. Looks like she got away with it. At least…..in this life.

  14. Three years is so wrong. Callous disregard of her toddler because of her habit – made that poor child suffer in what could only be classified as torturous circumstances. 35 years may have been an inappropriately long sentence in law, but 3 years is also inappropriate in law. This I do not understand.
