He paid for luxury items for himself too.
Perhaps, but criminals often try and justify their actions with false stories and motives. Did he spend money he robbed on himself?
What is this some kind of plot for a movie or something
3 years for robbing a bank in America. He definitely got of lightly.
He tried playing a SYMPATHY CARD to garner support for his crime. Too bad he went on a shopping spree with the money. The judge is correct. He got what he deserved. My heart breaks for his child with cancer.
I definitely think it was for his daughter. First thing he did was get her insurance. Only bought 2 things. $350 was obviously just left over and I’m sure he had gotten his daughter some stuff. But still he did the crime = we just understand his frustration, health care should be free, no one wants to watch their child suffer.
So what he had extra money from his robbery, if he did pay for the treatments of his daughter then let the rest of the imperfect man be. Just fine him for it, but that judge is dramatic and probably racist.
I thought that was Stanley Williams😂
people out here really saying the gucci was where he went wrong if you
Funny how he will go to prison for 4yrs for his daughter but he wont work every single day for her. $8k is such a small amount to lose 4yrs of your life
If his daughter has cancer and he did that. Give him a slide on severity charges.
Somthing tells me he just paid the bare minimum to get his daughters treatment going again ðŸ˜ÂÂ
I’ll probably get a lot of negative respons to this, but this so called ‘Land of the free’ has more people imprisoned than anywhere else in the free world. This is staggering to say the least, and should make you think if prison is the right way to go. Furthermore this ‘prison-economy’ has taken many many jobs from people trying to make a living outside of the prisons by producing for example all of the US army’s helmets, Bullit-vests and so on. It’s things like this that prevent the States from moving forward in this world, and actually making it the ‘Land of the condemned’ instead.
This is why I hate privatized healthcare in the USA
This is the problem with the health care business in America. This poor man had to do something illegal to pay for a life saving treatment.
Now when it comes to purchasing the Gucci apparel, to me, it seems like if you have extra money why not. With that being said, if we had universal health care he wouldn’t have had the extra money and wouldn’t have had to worry about his daughter and rob a bank.
The other thing is, if you haven’t ever seen 8 grand in cash, I suggest piping down. Money does things to people especially in large quantities. Hence the saying “Money is the root of all evilâ€ÂÂ.
To his credit he did not hold up the Gucci store.
Us really hates poor people

I want a dad like him 💯💎
You people don't get it. You robbed a bank
If he hadn't bought those items I'd say he wasn't such a bad guy but those other items…
Flip flops for $160, must be on saleðŸ‘ÂÂ
He had me in the first half not even gonna lie.
It only 8k
Dunbass
The judge went off, got me a little scared for a second and felt kinda bad. But he got what he deserved.
Now he has two problems
Maybe if he didn't go on a shopping spree, he probably would have gotten a lighter sentence. That's what did him in.
He only spent 300$ lmao made it seem like he went and spent thousands on clothes
What ended up happening with the daughter?
I was so touched before the gucci shopping part
i guess you can say he randoff w that money
Plus, in prison you get a free hand bag and some free slippers. So everything was Gucci.
i really felt bad until Gucci
ONLY IN AMERICA!!
Gucci or not that judge didn’t care.
Cry to Gucci 🤣😂😂😂 give that man time to love them Gucci slippers lol
They had us in the first half, NGL..
Yeah that's pretty dumb… I swear he would have had the court by the balls if he would have used that money towards rent / food, I mean don't get me wrong I don't think he's a bad guy for real but at the same time he really did fuckup going for vanities rather than necessities… Doesn't seem as selfless if the dudes got a bunch of Gucci on em lol but still I do respect them for what he did, it's not easy being broke and it's even harder to admit there's nothing you can do about it.
Not even wearing a maskðŸ˜ÂÂðŸ˜ÂÂðŸ˜ÂÂ
He should have got 20 years straight up
Lmao he bought Gucci 🤣 he really could’ve walked
