Judge – "You're removed!! You do NOT get to participate in this trial anymore. GO HOME!"
Juror – "Sweet thanks judge"
I've been on two juries and they are NOT fun. One was a child molestation case where an 11 yr old molested a 5 yr old. It was a juvenile delinquent case and man….that trial was very difficult to sit through. Seriously it was awful. If I never get selected for jury duty again it'll be too soon.
Another reson why judges should be subject to prosecution and to term limits.
What an awful judge.
You don't like her attitude for being honest. That pretty much sums up America's justice system.
There is a complete difference between making an excuse and making a valid argument about being biased to a defendant and his crime…
I am glad to hear that the judged thank that they above the law the DAs too they need a wake up call I not not trust the DAs not all are bad just some like cop
This judge needs to lose his job bruh
The judge is having a bad bad day….. He should be sanctioned for his actions.
Wait a minute this judge doesn’t like her attitude?! This hothead bully has no business sitting on the bench.
That's a fool of a judge, apparently drank too much the night before.
The nurse did have good reason for not wanting to be in the jury.
What the system wants are jellyfishes with no morals. I'd be mega
partial and want that evil man punished to the hilt.
Good for her
The moron Judge got the entire trial overturned on appeal because of his behavior that day.
That God should be removed from the bench
The judge was in the wrong. He knew it.
I don't do no crime
I am a victim
I am innocent
The judge is a mega complete male karen.
That Judge needs removing. He has serious anger issues.
I like the judge and I live in vegas! This person tried to get out of jury duty.
That judge is childish and out of control
Any system that utilizes a single human with such power has already failed. Humans are one of the most flawed living beings on earth. Their sense of superiority over the planet is flaw #1.
She was being honest and the judge was acting like a child
I would hate to work in that courtroom what a douchebag
He’s disgusting, obviously hates his job and has a god complex
I'd rather someone be honest about not being impartial then lie and potentially compromise a verdict.
Well I mean if I had some misgivings beforehand being screamed at by the judge would certainly taint my views
Some judges seem like they’re on power trips.
That’s OK that Church got the book through and out at him
Good Glad that judge got charged . ðŸ‘ÂÂ
Man jurors don’t even get paid to be there not even for parking, so to have the judge behave like this for her being honest is ridiculous
Big oof
jury duty is nonsense to begin with.
WOW can’t believe he ACTUALLY threw a book ðŸ˜ÂÂ
Why does she feel the need to proclaim that she's biased? She could've easily kept it to herself and voted guilty. I think that she just wanted to cause a scene
That boy got a little cranky.
Wouldn't forcing a potential juror to perform jury duty after they've said they can't be un-biased be throwing out the justice system?
Woman: * literally does nothing
Judge: "I don't like your attitude! "
Lol, wtf.
I don't condone the judge's response, but I can understand him being annoyed. It's a real concern that a nurse feels she can't be impartial in a court case as it raises questions to her ability of impartiality in the nursing profession.
He does this for a living and thinks that’s ok ??? Get him out of that chair !
Was that what you call throwing a book 📚 wow 😂😂😂
youtube is working on their own fate by censoring commemts. I'm about to mail them a big surprise.
"I don't like your attitude!!"
I don't like yours…
Rude jerk.
Every adult in this situation has failed as human beings. A child predator should be murdered, no matter "the law"
I think in cases like this it’s absolutely understood that any not-sick-in-the-head person would have some innate bias against a person who does such horrible things, so even though it mattered that she was bias, it may not have been absolutely necessary to admit. At least not if the evidence concretely showed him as the culprit. But ultimately the judge should be disbarred for neglecting his role and essentially creating hostility among the jurors and in the courtroom, resulting in a truly sick individual getting a second trial.
He did kinda overreact and i think he realized that cause her explanation was pretty thoughtful and it seemed like she actually thought about it. Hopefully he doesn't lose his judge position though.
Why do judges think they can act like this? She didn’t have an attitude. He did. Wow.
Deport him
That juror was righteous. That judge ruined a good conviction
