24. That lady who admitted that she was at fault for missing her flight. She is a far cry from how people would act today, or even how other passengers on this show acted when they missed their flight.

29. Some people dont understand what “Standby” means. When I was working the gate couple yrs ago, a lady missed her flight to Chicago and I told her i can put her on standby then she says “ ok I can stand, it’s only an hour flight “😂😂😂😌
