1. Hope everyone had a great weekend. For those of you who may not know my wife and I had to take emergency trip to her neck of the woods due to some health concerns dealing with her father. He’s doing a lot better and hope y’all enjoy this video of our trip down south.

4. Hey that property was amazing in terms of possibilities ! Acreage included ! Here in California that would run near a million so that’s a great fixer with a lot of options! Don’t know what Mississippi is like but that’s a good way to increase value/profits or keep it as a long-term project for retirement! 🙏🏻

5. Logging is not profitable unless you're the one logging. Actually, you'll be left with a mess once the timber is cleared. Just sharing a little.
