It's situations like this when I wish there was assistance to help witnesses move to safer communities. Many more people might be willing to come forward if they were offered this protection.

10 he was a kid, 14 he was in tha streets n could think for himself.
Right away that child and his family should of been part of the witness protection plan regardless of the car and moved up out there into a safer place a way from the ghetto and the violence. That’s why people don’t talk because the police is not really keeping them safe has they claim they would do
