I went to school with Lindsey this is absolutely sickening to see the legal system try tearing apart this family after everything they have already been through he absolutely did not harm that child Jesus Christ so sad
This breaks my heart. My exs sister had a long birth, around 19 hours, and baby was had to be pulled out with forceps and a medical vacuum and had the same symptoms and same everything this baby had and they NEVER ONCE accused them of child abuse and said shaken baby syndrome, they stated it was birth trauma and totally unpreventable since baby was a big ways out and there was no way for a c section. Breaks my heart for them to accuse this man like that and make him plea to something he didn't do
This is so sad to see this happen to this family and many other families but at least he will be able to be home and raise his son
I don't think his lawyers are doing enough for him. This makes no sense. So wrong

Watching this was heart wrenching and nauseating. I believe his innocence.
I can’t even watch this. I hate when people are wrongly accused of horrible crimes. I can’t fathom being accused of harming my children!

We didn’t know our son had developmental delays until he was almost 8/9 months when he stalled in milestone moments. He’s 14, life is good- we just make adjustments as needed.
False accusation of SIDS or SBS is real
This dad is INNOCENT so heartbreaking prayers for this whole family hope they get justice and a specialist that knows brain trauma
On not sure if this was abuse or brain trauma maybe the son has been born with this so heartbreaking prayers for the son amen the parents are sticking together they do seem to love them all hope they get the truth out amen
Poor baby this is horrible abuse and there lieing dont think it's not this is child abuse hope they get the baby away hope they dont get your kids back take the baby away from the mom also
The dad sounds so trashed as he speaks of this.

Not all medical people are right. They just take the word of them. Not right. If they are guilty than they deserve to be locked up but if not. Then give their baby back
The lawyer said we need to get the court to understand this was "PROBABLY due to birth trauma."
First sign the lawyer should've been fired.

They do so many tests on newborns as well as weeks after their birth. Why can’t this just be something they add to those tests? That way they catch it early if this is happening/families aren’t wrongfully accused
I want to know how they came to the conclusion it was him. I want the whole story!!!
