0:05 & 0:06, jail & prison aren't a joke at all
This is NOTHING LIKE PRISON……….
NINOOOOOOOO
first and foremost, county jail is not prison. it's not for rehabilitation. it's to house people that have committed crimes and either waiting trial or placement to a state prison. if living in conditions like this whether in jail or prison isn't enough to change people's minds about the way they were living or behaving. it's sad because you can't rehab people that aren't willing to change.
Woah!
