  1. Special thank you to the ENTIRE APS ARMY which is growing BIGGER by the day!!! I think at 400K we need to do something EPIC!!!! Definitely a HUGE GIVEAWAY!!! But what else do YOU think we should do..? I want to hear what YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE!!!

  2. Lmao. This guy always sounds like he has a nasal infection.
Edit: its prison. Protein needs? Peanut butter is too expensive . Be real. Y'all just suck each other off. 🤢

  3. Man I guess that prison in Virginia where you come from is real treat a poor man can live like a king and that one man don't ever come to Missouri hell they Roman news is a dollar and a quarter

  4. I've had stores in county and state institutions.. and believe it or not.. ANYTHING and EVERYTHING was sold 2 for 1.. or for whole trays. no round up…

  5. For me it was batteries and coffee that were in highest demand (ramen too of course). Batteries esp because you are only allowed to buy 1 4-pack of batteries each commissary week. And the radios/mp3 players drained batteries so fast. You could run through that 4 pack of batteries in less than 2 days and then you'd be stuck not able to use it for the rest of the week.

  6. Any kind of food that's not luxury like canned tuna or food would be considered condiments etc etc should not be on commissary bags of chips Honey buns chocolate bars candy should be as they are commissary

  7. Like with alcohol or many other drugs, a person can build up a natural tolerance to caffeine over time, meaning that they're going to need more of it in order to feel the effects. I started drinking coffee on a daily basis when I was in the 6th grade and had a serious problem with energy drinks when I was in college. I'd definitely be the guy drinking multiple cups of coffee per day (in fact, I already am) but it wouldn't get me wired.

Now, my best friend on the other hand went the last 5 years only drinking herbal teas, but never coffee. He was never a big coffee drinker to begin with mind you, but he went years without one single cup. I guess I might have been a bad influence on him becauae since we started hanging out, not only have we started drinking coffee together (something he never used to partake of. He used to just stick to his teas when I was drinking my coffee) but I went with him to Wal-Mart and helped him pick out his very first coffee maker. He still really feels it after just one cup though. The same can't be said of me.

  8. I'm a correctional officer and dude, some of the stuff I smell from those guys cooling has made me start eating it at home 🤣

  9. In Australia 🇦🇺 prison systems we call tuna pouches vagina pouches because of the stink of fish and also vegemite has always been banned in Aussie prisons because it has the main ingredient for beer and that’s yeast

  10. I drank so much coffee they needed to put me on meds to sleep, usually 40mg of valium a day and I made some sweet deals with those vals, didn’t have to worry about paying for my own buy ups for a couple of months

  11. In Aussie prisons international roast and nescafe was usually the top prison coffee,a tin of international roast is great and good to make good deals

  12. In Aussie prisons we have cheesecake where inmates will throw in there batch of lollies and cream and milk and biscuits for the crunchy base and then we leave it in the common area fridge overnight and sometimes you will get some dumbshit steal most of the cake and you can guess what happens to him,he gets beaten up

  13. Why is “Juine Cakes” your very favorite prison term brother!!?? 🤣🤣🍑👈
