Several states have started making laws, or stricter laws, on things like texting or talking on the phone while driving and other distracted driving practices. But New Jersey is taking it to a whole new level.

  1. I think it's just right. I was passenger in a 1988 jeep grand wagoneer that was rear ended. we were stopped at an intersection. the guy coming from behind dropped his taco bell…. reached down to get it… and rear ended us at about 60 mph. if we had been in something other than that tank of a jeep we would have had major injuries, luckily we all made it out with a little whiplash. and to top it off, the jeep drove away. with a nasty arch over the rear axle, and the doors wouldn't open in the rear. I still own one to this day, they don't make them like they used to.
