At the 2017 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Ford announced that the Bronco will officially return in 2020. It was also revealed that the new Bronco will be a true rugged 4×4, leaving many to speculate that this will be a Jeep Wrangler killer.
Now it has been revealed that the Bronco may offer solid Dana axles front and rear. Dana, who also supplies the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon axles, has been chosen as the driveline supplier for both the 2019 Ford Ranger and the 2020 Bronco. This is important because solid axles are the way to go in getting maximum off-road capability out of a 4×4. What do you think about this? How do you think the new Bronco would do against the Wrangler if this solid axles rumor is true?
