Fiat Chrysler has been turned around by Sergio Marchionne over the last 14 years. But now with him stepping down everyone is wondering what’s next for the automaker. It’s said to be the end of an era.

FCA doesn’t plan on releasing many details before its investor meeting in June, but AutoNews reports there is speculation of a merger. Marchionne said FCA is strong enough to survive on its own but there’s still potential deals out there for Jeep, Alfa Romeo, and Dodge. Options include joining forces with Ford, Volkswagen, or a number of Chinese automakers. What merger, if any, would you want to see?
