When this video was shot dad and I were driving the Power Tour 2019. He had put about 500 miles on the truck, the first 500 miles since I put it together. Since dad owned the truck longer than anyone ,I thought I’d ask him what he thought of the work I did and if he felt it made the truck better or worse.
Special thanks to Shell. They provided the go juice for our trip, which was epic. One of the best times I’ve ever had with my dad. Can’t wait to do it again next year.

You should drop a Coyote in that Fairmont! ðŸ˜ÂÂ
This guys rebuild of his dad's truck engine didn't even last a thousand miles before it broke same thing happened to the Fair Lane. Talk about disheartening I feel for you man. It's hard rebuilding any engine but when you add Custom fabrication for HP the difficulty of the job goes up to Mastery levels of knowledge.

I honestly thought you inherited “dads truck†because dad was no longer with us. I feel pretty silly now. Viva yo fatha!
I lost my dad back in 1982 when I was just 9 years old. Watching these videos is heartwarming and sad at the same time cos I realise I've missed out on so much. But it's so great to see the relationship you have with your dad, you're certainly cut from the same cloth Eric! Cheers buddy. TCB, Marty D 🙂
Ericthetruckdude?
Enjoy your time with your Dad. I lost mine in 1999, WW2 vet, I still miss him dearly. I was 42 when he passed.
