Your manifold temp is way too high. That Spectre hat is holding it back to boot. The primaries on the exhaust are too small.

How long did it take for the alt pulley to eat up the alt belt ? Reason I ask is I had the EXACT same pulley belt setup on my 700hp NA 363 sbf (5 speed car) and it ate 3 beats in 2 weeks. Decided to call Jones and they stated the pulley/belt setup was wrong for a high amp alt same as you got. They send me a thicker pulley and belt and that did the job. No more eating belts.
4:20 the crank looks scratched all to hell.
Cracks develop at the front oil main galley from the oil pump then it works it's way back and up. Not from the Lifter galley.

There is whats called man o war small block ford block. It actually has 5 head bolt holes per cylinder there is also a man o war cylinder heads also but right now are quite scarce
