In this video, we’re replacing the front Rotors and pads off of the #throtl36 with brand new, OEM Zimmerman Rotors and Hawk Performance HPS 5.0 Pads!

PROCESS:
1. Remove Caliper Bolts/Pins. Then, move the caliper onto some wooden blocks.
2. Remove Caliper Brackets
3. Remove Set Screw
4. Remove original rotors
5. Clean brake shields, suspension, and wheel wells
6. Clean caliper bolts/pins and re-grease
7. Compress the brake caliper
8. Grease the back of the pads to prevent brake noise
9. Install brake pads onto the calipers
10. Install new rotor and set screw
11. Install caliper bracket onto the rotor
12. Install caliper onto the caliper bracket
13. Wipe down rotor with brake cleaner / Acetone to remove oil.
14. Perform bedding procedure per Hawk Performance instruction
15. ENJOY!
