When I was at the Salvage Auction with Rich Rebuilds, I held back some of the best lots we saw as I wanted to bid on and buy them. I bid on and won 2 Porsche’s, one was a Porsche 911 the other a Cayman S. We also saw a Tesla Model X, and a pair of BMW 7 Series! I’ll also tell you how much each car sold for.

fun and I learn a lot from both of you. thanks.
I remember someone bought a Porsche Turbo newer one and he paid 2 grand literally and all It needed was transmission fluid. Somehow some seal leaked and they thought it needed a whole new Transmission. I'm guessing they hit the undercarriage or something. He put fresh oem fluid and it ran right away after doing some clearing. Best deal of a lifetime
Loved the content! More more more!
Tesla can Kiss My Bass. Once they become more prolific. They will control where you go and or where and or when you can go. They can keep thier Hard Drive on Wheels
A jump can start a dead battery Tesla?
How does the state and insurance companies deal with a salvaged vehicles?? Are they required to pass some intense inspection ??. Is it difficult to relicense them and insure ??
I bet the Porsche was an engine rebuild or replace.
You should bring a code reader with you
Sam, your yard is starting to look like the auto auction sites.
I do not know what "No Fork" means.
"Thats why its salvaged,
It ran out of miles" :,D
Definitely learned a thing or three on this video. Having gone through a totaling of my 2014 Suburban Z71 67k miles last February2019, finally settled with insurance in June 2020. I wanted the vehicle repaired @ $16k and they said no and the battle was on. Vehicle was maxed out with options and worth the amount to fix but they wouldn't come around. I finally got a fair settlement and settled.
I dig this format. Sub'd.
If you’re getting a windshield installed for $100, remind me not to ride with you.
750. If I had to get a 7 series
1000 bucks!! On a Porsche??? Dam!!! Lmao next time Sam I am!!!
You appear to be a glutton for crap.
Can everybody walk there around and look for the one car he wanted?
Of course, registration at the front desk.
Its the 4.0 engine compared to the 3.8l twin turbo
750 for sure over a ¼ million miles.
That’s a special Porsche ! Great car would love to keep it in my garage !
Excellent video with some decent insights into the mindset of someone who does this for a living. Good hints for a diy'er. Thanks-
water level lines on the audi, dead giveaway from a distance that it was a flood
Yes the 911 badge was an option. The IMF bearing was an issue in the 996 and early 997s. My 997.1 TT had to be repaired.
Stuff tesla
Uber is just a brand of illegal taxi, why not just say taxi?
23:12 I bet the owner wanted real part and was repaired with aftermarket parts. If so the insurance company were jackasses.
Rich!
I have ordered Carly using the discount code save 10€ thanks love the vidio,s greetings from Holland
I think karma lost you the auction for mis-pronouncing Porsche (Porsch-uhhh).

Man, that 996 40 Jahre would be a neat project.
Thank you for acknowledging the crayon smell in the German cars I’ve been saying it for years
