23. Nope, Evo's from the US has the AYC and ACD except for the RS Variant while the 2003 Evo 8 has AYC but no ACD.

24. The front fenders and side skirts should come off rust likes to hide under them

25. Shoulda gone with rust-converting primer first then the rubberized undercoating
