**Please note that I replaced the fuse before I started shooting the video. In other words the fuse is new so it wasn’t an issue with the fuse itself.
While replacing the blower motor in my 1993 Acura Vigor I disconnected some things I didn’t need to disconnect. While putting everything back together I accidentally switched a couple of connectors. This created some problems as you might imagine. This video shows how I diagnosed and solved those problems. The principals applied can be used with many electrical problems you might encounter. Remember, the wiring diagram is your best friend when it comes to electrical problems so be sure to find the most accurate diagrams you can. Personally, I think the service manual has the best diagrams and that’s what I recommend you look for when looking for wiring diagrams.

Well I go by if it worked before working around area and stopped after job was done got to go back and check all work
You wouldn’t happen to know where the AC clutch relay is do you? I’m on the passenger side above the kick panel but can’t locate exactly which relay is for the Ac clutch relay

All that effort for a ten cent fuse.
Check the fuse first, That 7.5 amp fuse looked suspect. The should be checked with a OHM meter. You might not see it visually Dark Fuse.
I've never seen someone replace a fuse board like that before
Question: have to drive with the Key in start position, if you let it go, it dies, I've had 3 garages tell me 3 different answer's, changed the igantion switch out, still same problem, changed the battery out & alternator, any suggestions, it's the Key, the Key has to be held on, to keep the car running.? Thanks if you can help me?

I’m assuming going into this there was a check engine light pop up. Did this take care of that?
My First car was a 1992 Acura Vigor, The Turn Signals didnt work. I had Electrical Problems in the Dash behind the Cluster i had melted wires that was fixable! The Radiator Fan Stopped working and then End up overheating car by not knowing and end up loosing compression and getting car salvaged!
So how tf did you fix the cooling fans??? Mines only work when re wire them…… I blew my water pump cause these stupid fans on my 94 vigor won't come on. Please help…
Great design, remove the dash for the blower motor.. Lol.. Very easy dash to remove at least.. I did several when I was with acura..
Hello It will be possible adapt the box fuse of a Honda Accord 1993-1995 in the Acura Vigor
I have 2014 Acura RDX with a problem when i put the fuse 23 10amps interior left side dash fuse box front windshield wiper. my electric power steering stay running and vsa light and airbag light on. The accident was from the right front corner. Tough fix, when i take that fuse out no light on and drives fine. Inspected no sign of broken cables or melt together, power and ground on body good. Any ideas help thanks!

OOPS! I didn't read all the comments…bad me….Anyway, it could have been a poor connection of the fuse which would have increased resistance. I had a bad ignition switch that was caused by dirty contacts and it got so hot it melted the solder on one of the connectors! Corrosion is a leading cause of electrical issues. Spray with contact cleaner or simply disconnect/reconnect the wire harness and that will usually clean the contact surface.
I would have changed the fuse first!. I've seen fuses that look ok but in fact are bad. Same with light bulbs. In the case of the bulb, the contact at the soldered end was bad. TRhe filament looked perfect. The metal fuses are made of can be affected by metal fatigue, age and vibration…

does the electrical has to be same fuse for instance the brake light has 14 volts and the fuse says ten
can you contact me. our car does not want to start. when turning the key the electrical work but the engine does not start. clutch switch? starter? if it is the switch can I bypass it to have the car still start? please help
The first thing to have done would have been to change the fuse, not change the integrated controller. It's entirely possible that what you were seeing was a back fed voltage.
electrical problems are a bitch. once my mirror adjustment did not work on the driver side, so i took it apart, tested the motors (by applying 12V straight from a car battery that was laying around) and they were OK. started measuring the connection and it was all OK. the switch seemed OK as well. checked all contacts for corrosion in the process, no such thing was present. pissed off, I put i back together, only to find it now works fine. To this day i still have no idea what went wrong.
