  1. black ss stripes. hahahhaa yeah right. I got a original SS. they had no stripes. Those are Z stripes my friend. 402 SS had blacked out tail.

  2. Why they called 396 on the smaller cars? or a 400 in others? can you say insurance companies? Smaller weaker according to them,,, better,, but they are wrong

  3. Great video, not sure I would painted it back to the original color though. There is a reason someone changed it to blue. Lime green is not that popular. To each his own I guess!

  4. Everytime i see My Cousin Jose Rivera Martinez Working on his 1972 Split Pumper Camaro SS you Know I had to be there to see what was Cooking. I Took my Skill to a Other New Level Thanks to Them that i spin Things Around and Learn all I Could. You Guys are Rocking here now with a Time Capsule when I Was in Junior High School
    Amazing💪Transformation Guys.

  5. I have a 73 Z/28 since the 90's. With the exception of the bumper-ettes, I don't care for the R/S nose. It was on my car when I got it, I removed it all except the bumpers..

  6. Another California rebuild of a nice clean car…Be great to see an actual rotten car get restored, something most of US are actually dealing with, instead of these solid beauty queen.

  7. So, the 69 Trans Am is nothing but a fake….it's nothing but a firebird convertible, fixed up…. custom built to appear like the real T/A, so don't call it a T/A… the REAL 1969 Trans Am convertible was VERY rare car, only 8 were built by the factory for 1969….And all 8 still exist, restored, running and driving, and 1 of these is in a museum (as of 2018)…

  8. not sure about 1970 camaros but firebirds and trans ams have smaller recessed stamp under the vent and striker in door jamb then 1971-1974 if camaro is the same this car is not a 1970

  9. 454's block is the same as 396 block. My choice would be a 454. Y'all just did a 454 build and y'all got big numbers on the dino..
Don't remember the exact numbers, but they were serious big. Parts are more common to.

  10. My buddies car that he restored was the real deal but odd car. 1970 L78 396, 4 speed, rs, ss, red with a black vinyl top, and black interior. Standard wheels and no spoiler. He added the 454 and it is still roaming around the NW somewhere, but he has passed on to a larger arena.

  11. I really hate how shows like this are recorded. Two people taking turns finishing what the other began saying and trying awkwardly to make it seem natural like when one stands in the foreground then turns away to go off camera while the other walks up from the background to….again….finish what the other guy was saying. It's all odd, unnatural and difficult to watch. It reminds me of a variety show.

  12. I have been looking for a set of the 14" 1970 SS AV code Camaro Rally Wheels for a few years now, I am restoring a 1970 SS/RS L78 Camaro and I sure could use them if you guys want to sell the wheels, I have a set of AV wheels but they are for a later build. Thanks….
