  1. The editing was pretty bad on this one. Talking about next step is supporting the pinion on the rear while showing the front upper ball joint and then putting on the shackles mentioned twice while showing the front leaf drop bracket. Oh well, I know it’s not a step by step tutorial but still.

  2. I bet a v8 would have no "heat soak" problems, and repeatable results on the track. My money is on a less complicated and less stressed v8. Sounds way better too.

  3. Honestly might be the worst truck you can choose for a project. Too many doors, over equipped in weird ways, wrong engine, and no 4WD. I'm sure you can make it cool but what a weird starting point.

  4. lowered trucks are perfect for my mom………..I want to raise them. lol just kidding love the show, used to watch the show on tv but now I mostly catch them on here.

  5. So Ford is pumping out electric trucks…So where's Tesla??? After their grand display they have yet to make the Tesla truck available to the public?

  6. Nothing like buying a 2wd truck with the wrong engine. Front is dropped too much compared to the rear. Lowered trucks are typically not hauling much so you dont need it jacked up in the rear.

  7. I have a Dodge crewcab dually 8 ft bed 4wd with a tuned Cummins. 2003. I used the yellow pads on the front and the green pads out back. I was pulling a 30 ft camper. Those EBC pads were awesome! Well worth the money.

  8. I must be old fashion. I'm more of a regular cab long bed kind of guy…………because hauling and towing is what they are designed for. If I want an ass hauler, I'll buy a high occupant capacity van. At this point, these pickups are basically SUVs with the ass end chopped and bedded. Sadly, these smaller turbo charged engines just can't compete with a good ol' V8. Everyone I know that uses these newer trucks say they are great for regular everyday stuff, but hauling and towing is a joke. smfh.

  9. Pet peeve: those are coilover shocks, not struts. Struts mount rigidly at the bottom end (usually with two cam bolts), shocks are pinned at both ends.

AFAIK there are no real trucks with struts, the Sprinter (not really a truck) is one of the few large vehicles I know of that uses struts. Not sure what else uses a front leaf spring and front struts…

  10. Y’all do love to lower! I wouldn’t be surprised if you got a light aircraft as a project and slammed that 😂. Great show and keep up the good work
