There’s a lot of crazy out there, but this one makes you wonder what this guy was on! Jess Fishell was on his way home on 1-435 when he saw this guy driving down the interstate -against traffic- and had to video it. A naked man on an ATV was leading police on a chase down the interstate in Missouri. Local news channel 8 says the man evaded officers from 4 different law enforcement agencies before he was finally caught and arrested.
