You might wanna try the s1 sequential shifter. Works great in the rhd supra with the shifts

The R32 sedan is definintely a 9 second car. You only need to dial in the launch and figure out your breaking up issue. That car should be capable of 9.6-9.8 in its current form. You may need to revisit the dampers and sway bars. A common thing for fast drag cars is to remove the rear sway bar.
