My Audi RS7 was Taken From me By its Delivery Driver! Here’s how I got it back…

1. People that have figured out the name of the carrier have mistaken it for a different company based out of Tampa FL with a similar name (the shipping company in this video is NOT based out of Tampa) and have thrown it a bunch of bad reviews online. If you have done this please remove your review as "Naga Logistics" is NOT the company I had an issue with!

If that company under driver is actually being that disrespectful to their clients why do you care how they are treated that makes absolutely no sense it's pretty much saying they screwed you over you know it's a horrible company but you're okay with not wanting people so that no one else would have to go through what you went through because some fake psychological moral High Ground you want to hide on WOW!!!

16. Just so you know naming the company is less reliable than listing DOT numbers. For commercial drivers their record is public information anybody and everybody can look up. All you need to do is post his DOT number and no mistakes would be made.

17. Yeah no chance would I accept this. You don’t leave me to make another delivery when you haven’t finished my delivery. He is the delivery driver, it’s up to him to DELIVER the car to you. It’s not up to you to fix his laziness.

18. To recover your lost screw, you need a telescoping magnet. Looks like a pen, it extends, and has a rare earth magnet at the end of the shaft. I use mine extensively working on computers and electronics. Super handy tool. Mine was a Craftsman. I'm sure there are others just like it on Amazon.

19. Was thtis driver Russian? Bald guy? Sounds like the same jackass who delivered my '66 440cid Charger from CA to MI. Said he'd get there around 10am. Showed up after dark, dumped the car outside a gas station, and tore off the exhaust system in the process of unloading it, said oopsie, and left. Took me a couple weeks of arguing with the broker to resolve that issue. He did the same thing on the phone, too. Extremely evasive.

22. I haven’t looked through the comments, but so you know in case no one told you. The Hours of Service excuses were complete BS.
    There is a 34 hour recent for all of your 60 or 70 hours depending on the work week you operate with.
    There is also the 10 hour rule that recents your 14 hour clock for the next 24 hours.
    Also if the company operates within a certain radius there is no required log needed and you have Carte blanche as far as time used although 12 is the maximum under these regulations for local companies.
    I would have parked a big truck in front of him and called the DOT on his Bullshit.

27. I'm a CDL driver and it's against DOT regulations to text and drive. A driver can talk on the phone but only with a Bluetooth headset. This driver is a complete and total asshole!

32. Holy cow! What a saga?! That would be my luck. That driver sounded like such a knob job and just wanted to flex what little power he had. Hope it all works out now.

33. Damn, I hope you have been able to get reimbursed for all of the damages caused. Breach of contract for delivery by arriving nearly a week late and the added expenses for meeting the driver at a different location than arranged, as well as the physical damages to the wheels. (I have not watched later episodes about this car yet) I'm sure it was not a small bill to get those repaired, and even though the damage was actually caused by the fork truck operator, I would still hold the delivery driver and company responsible as he was the one who demanded delivery at that location.
    I get that some drivers do get a lot of crap, you said yourself that it's not uncommon and you sympathize with them being treated unfairly by pain in the A** customers. But after he avoided communications before arrival I would have looked into thing's like the park override before arrival, I also would not have let him leave the first time, if he's a D*** to me first then I will be an even bigger D*** to him for the rest.

37. Wow I just watched this because I am new to samcrac and trying to catch up. My family owned a transportation company for 30 plus years it would have been more like 3 years if all drivers behaved like this particular one. And although there are a myriad of DOT rules and regs there is no excuse to treat a customer like this. I also drove for other companies after the sale of our company so I have the driver aspect covered also..No I never did auto transport but I mainly worked flatbed as an O/O and for some of the larger outfits back in the day. ie..LJK..So Apologies form my Industry to You Sir. It was actually embarrassing to watch this…Love all the rest of Your videos I'm hooked….someday I will find a porche project of my own but till then this is the place to be.
