Do NOT buy those Junk Everstart Maxx or Stanley jump starters especially the $109 J5CPDE that has the 500w Inverter. They are absolutely GARBAGE! Mine literally caught on fire the 2nd time I used it to jump start my lawn mower. I tossed it out of the garage when it started smoking and it immediately caught on fire. If I wouldn't have tossed it out of the garage it probibly would have burnt my garage down.

The next time you have to spin a motor that is really difficult to reach consider sticking a stiff vaccume hose on the shaft and chucking the other end in a drill for a Jerry rigged flex shaft.

That CEM or Relay box as you calls it, is also part of the immobilizer and a lot more in one. It needs to be reprogrammed in order to work. Probably not possible as it is not a virginized unit. 😫

Form a Nissan Mastertech take this advice….Replace ANY & ALL electrical components that show corrosion AND replace ANY & ALL harnesses that were underwater. That corrosion will make its way into the harness like a unseen plague. It’s the only way to guarantee that an electrical NIGHTMARE going down the road, won’t haunt the next owner.
I had a crazy Idea. What if you cut out an access panel in the trunk, behind the license plate to access the latch, then you could weld in a patch panel, and it would be hidden by the license plate (it could also be fully repaired and painted afterwards). You could also try to contact other DBS owners, to tell you if there's any bracing that you would have to cut through in that area

What a corrosion nightmare. Just cleaning the terminals aint gonna fix it. Just about all of those wiring connectors need to be replaced.
It’s a beautiful car for under 100k, today. Hope you get to restore it and enjoy it.
